A launch tasting event for the new product Koikeya Pride Potato JAPAN Munakata Kobore Uni Soy Sauce, jointly developed by Munakata City and Koikeya, was held at Michi-no-Eki Munakata. Nationwide sales will begin on 31 August. ¥1 from each bag sold will be donated to Munakata City to support marine conservation activities.
A launch tasting event for Koikeya's new product Koikeya Pride Potato JAPAN Munakata Kobore Uni Soy Sauce, jointly developed by Munakata City and Koikeya, was held at Michi-no-Eki Munakata on 26 August.
The product will go on sale nationwide on 31 August. It is made with ingredients from Munakata City and natural-brewed soy sauce produced by マルヨシ醤油.
¥1 per bag sold will be donated to Munakata City to support Save the Sea, a marine conservation initiative in Munakata.
Fukushima (福島さん) expressed a desire to continue regional revitalization through the use of local ingredients and marine conservation activities.
