リアークスファインド has entered the under-¥20 million category of Renovation of the Year 2026. The entry, titled “A home that naturally falls into place,” proposes a plan that optimizes household movement and storage.
リアークスファインド has entered a renovation project based on the concept “A home that naturally falls into place,” targeting a pre-owned condominium in Tokyo. The project is entered in the category for construction costs under ¥20 million, and the entry will be published and open for voting from 25 September 2026 to 27 October 2026.
Rather than simply increasing storage, the proposal focuses on improving the flow of everyday activities and features a layout remodeled so that the DEN, walk-in closet and bedroom can be accessed in a loop. The kitchen and washbasin walls are made compatible with magnetic attachments, combined with Yamazaki’s tower series to encourage the gradual development of storage.
The property is a reinforced-concrete building in Tokyo that is more than 20 years old, with a total floor area in the 60-square-metre range. The layout will be changed from 3LDK to 2LDK+S, with construction costs of approximately ¥18 million and a construction period of approximately 3 months.
Under the slogan “A bridge between people and real estate,” リアークスファインド operates real-estate-related businesses mainly across Tokyo and the three surrounding prefectures. For the fiscal year ended June 2026, it achieved record-high revenue of ¥11.28 billion.
