JIMOTO HOLDINGS raised its consolidated forecasts for April-September, increasing interim net income to ¥1.6 billion and ordinary income to ¥2.2 billion. The main factor is believed to be higher net interest income at its subsidiaries Kirayaka Bank and Sendai Bank.
JIMOTO HD announced on 4 November 2026 that it had raised its consolidated earnings forecasts for April-September. Interim net income was raised from the previously announced ¥1.2 billion to ¥1.6 billion, while ordinary income was raised from ¥1.4 billion to ¥2.2 billion.
At subsidiaries Kirayaka Bank and Sendai Bank, higher net interest income associated with rising interest rates was cited as a factor behind the forecasts exceeding expectations. Kirayaka Bank is also expected to benefit from lower credit-related expenses, while Sendai Bank is expected to benefit from lower expenses.
The standalone interim net income forecasts for the banks were revised from ¥700 million to ¥1.0 billion at Kirayaka Bank and from ¥300 million to ¥600 million at Sendai Bank. Ordinary income was also raised from ¥700 million to ¥1.2 billion and from ¥500 million to ¥900 million, respectively.
The full-year forecasts for the fiscal year ending March 2027 remain unchanged at net income of ¥3.6 billion and ordinary income of ¥4.0 billion. The year-end dividend forecast for common shares also remains unchanged at ¥5 per share, and the interim results are scheduled to be announced on 13 November.
