Globe-ing Inc. announced that Fukuda Hiroki (福田浩基) was appointed Representative Director, President and CEO, Senior Executive Officer, effective 27 August 2026. Former president Tanaka Kohei (田中耕平) changed to Director and CSO, Senior Executive Officer.
Following the 11th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and a meeting of the Board of Directors held the same day, Globe-ing Inc. announced that Fukuda Hiroki (福田浩基) had been appointed President and CEO, Senior Executive Officer. The effective date was 27 August 2026, and Tanaka Kohei (田中耕平), who previously held the position, changed to Director and CSO, Senior Executive Officer.
The company stated that it would pursue the realization of its medium- to long-term growth strategy, GoFor2031 / Vision2040, while advancing the evolution of its AI-centered management OS and promoting non-continuous growth. It expects AI-related revenue to account for 49% of consolidated full-year revenue in the fiscal year ending May 2026.
Under the new management structure, the company explained that it would pursue the commercialization of its AI platform, the transition to a holding company structure, and the growth of its existing consulting business, together with non-continuous growth through new businesses and M&A. Fukuda Hiroki (福田氏) stated that he would draw on his experience at BCG to execute the medium- to long-term growth strategy and advance the evolution of the value delivered.
