After trading ended that day, Tokei Densan announced a revision to its consolidated earnings forecast for the fiscal year ending December 2026. Operating profit was revised down from ¥6.825 billion to ¥6.425 billion and is now expected to rise 2.5% from the previous fiscal year.
The revision was attributed to the recognition of costs related to unprofitable projects. The company also incorporated the impact of reassessing the feasibility of newly won projects, but left unchanged its view that revenue would remain on plan.
