Watami Farm will hold its first Watami Farm Fair at Shinanoya Daita Food Hall, operated by Shinanoya Foods. The fair is planned as an opportunity to share the farm's initiatives, with a focus on fresh vegetables coming into season in autumn, as well as processed products.
The fair is expected to feature fresh vegetables including peanuts, ginger, taro, sweet potatoes, cabbage, lettuce, mini Chinese cabbage, green peppers and garlic, along with processed products such as organic boiled peanuts, black garlic, ice cream, Jerusalem artichoke tea, dried sweet potatoes and tomato juice. Organic boiled peanuts are also planned for tasting.
The fair will be held at Shinanoya Daita Food Hall on 22 October 2026 (Thursday), from 10:00 to 17:00. Product offerings may change depending on the harvest period and growing conditions. As quantities are limited, sales may end once supplies run out.
Watami Farm produces its agricultural products by working with nature, starting with soil cultivation, and is developing products using farm produce through initiatives centered on organic farming.
