はるやまホールディングス has announced plans to roll out monthly subscription lounges with café spaces as a franchise chain (FC). The spaces, which have been operated as company-owned locations, will shift to a model operated by franchisees.
The monthly subscription lounge “ほっとひと息ステーション” (monthly lounge) has been directly operated since 2018 and is primarily being rolled out at retail stores with sales floors of at least 330 square meters. The company will now begin recruiting franchisees and establish the franchise requirements.
The company plans to expand the number of monthly subscription lounge locations to a total of 130 within 3 years.
The company is expected to expand its franchise rollout by making use of vacant space.
