フォルシア has expanded web Connect with escorted-tour functionality, and 三越伊勢丹ニッコウトラベル has decided to adopt it. It will also provide Value Connect and plans to begin OTA-based travel sales for approximately 8 million identified customers in March 2027.
フォルシア has added escorted-tour functionality to web Connect, its travel-product sales platform. This expands customer- and member-focused information management and operational functions, including tour operations, profit-and-loss management and settlement, with 三越伊勢丹ニッコウトラベル becoming the first company to adopt the platform.
The new functionality includes customer and member management, escort management, tour operations management, profit-and-loss management and settlement. Users will be able to register customer attributes and travel histories, display tour-operation statuses by operating date, calculate and output profit and loss including foreign-currency transactions, and process two-stage settlements for deposits and remaining balances and issue invoices.
The expected benefit of introducing Value Connect is to strengthen both the sales of travel products and the sourcing and sales of travel inventory. Support for combining external inventory has been added, allowing the platform to handle inventory such as accommodation and activities, including inventory held by other companies.
三越伊勢丹ニッコウトラベル is named as an adopting company. With member, points and payment integration in view, the group aims to provide new value to the 三越伊勢丹 Group’s member base. The service is scheduled to launch in March 2027.
