e6合同会社, jointly funded by NTT and TBS Holdings, was established and began full-scale operations on 8 August. NTT and TBS Holdings each hold a 50% stake, with Suzuki Kuniharu (鈴木邦治) serving as co-representative CEO and Kuga Yuzo (久我雄三) as co-representative COO.
The business aims to combine the NTT Group’s AI and communications infrastructure, including IOWN and tsuzumi 2, with the TBS Group’s content production capabilities, IP development capabilities and media reach to provide experiences that use AI and information to encourage people to think and make choices for themselves.
The company is developing “感情騎士 – Emotional Knight -” as its core IP, with plans to expand it into manga, anime and video content. It plans to develop the IP through AI attractions, interactive content, events, and collaborations with educational institutions, local governments and companies.
At the “AKASAKA あそび!学び!フェスタ 2026” event in March 2026, the company presented 3 pieces of content based on the world of “感情騎士”. Approximately 1,000 children experienced them, and the post-experience satisfaction rate was 91.2%. The company plans to begin developing manga and short-form anime within the year, while also pursuing co-creation initiatives that encourage participation by fans and creators.
