Azbil exhibited practical technologies and products spanning factory automation (FA), process automation (PA), automation, and green transformation (GX) at Measurement Exhibition NEXT 2026, under the purpose it established to mark its 120th anniversary.
Azbil introduced the purpose it established to mark its 120th anniversary and exhibited a digital indicating controller that reduces operating workload and a multivendor gateway that supports the deployment of IoT across equipment in the FA field, along with high-speed, low-pressure-loss flow control and combustion safety control that contributes to stable operations and higher productivity.
In the PA field, Azbil introduced the smartification of ON-OFF valves and cloud-based valve analysis and diagnostics as technologies supporting the future of safe and secure operations, as well as highly reliable control valves backed by more than 80 years of experience and “we.ble,” its banner for collaboration and co-creation.
For autonomous systems, Azbil demonstrated technologies that use AI to detect early signs of changes affecting operations and autonomize quality control, along with technologies that deliver productivity beyond automation, sustainable factory operations, and the well-being of workers. In the GX field, it exhibited technologies that support energy conservation through data utilization and contribute to carbon neutrality.
The exhibitor seminars covered autonomous systems, optimal air compressor control, the smartification of ON-OFF valves, and ways to use next-generation thermography, and also touched on the co-creation program held at the venue.
