The ecosystem incorporates plans for ground stability, green development and industry-academia collaboration. This is gradually establishing the integrated infrastructure and talent pipeline sought by multinational companies. The section explains that stable geological conditions and a multimodal logistics network offer investors two distinct advantages. The location in western Hanoi provides improved connectivity to transport infrastructure including the Ho Chi Minh Highway, major arterial roads in the surrounding area and Metro Line 5, as well as better access to Haiphong's deepwater port and Noi Bai International Airport. It also highlights the ability to draw high-quality talent from nearby universities. The 20-minute drive to Hoa Lac Hi-Tech Park via the Thang Long–Ba Vi Boulevard is said to benefit companies both by facilitating resource circulation and by helping them attract talent.
The strength of the strategic partnerships is also emphasized. The global investment-promotion network brings together prominent companies including IPA Vietnam, Savills Vietnam, S FEX Trading and RSL Group. Nippon Koei is leading the master plan and Savills the brand strategy, while Da Hop and 2 strategic partnerships were announced at the groundbreaking ceremony. VNU and DVL IPT are among the institutions responsible for talent development and legal support, and are also working to address challenges involving renewable energy and smart infrastructure. These developments are positioning Tan Vien Tech Valley as a new hub for foreign direct investment.
