At TOHOKU DX GATEWAY 2026, a DX exhibition for local governments where Bot Express and Mutsu City will exhibit jointly, the companies will present a demonstration of a smartphone municipal office powered by AI. Using LINE and administrative management screens, they will introduce Mutsu City's administrative services and use of AI.
Bot Express announced that it will exhibit jointly with Mutsu City, Aomori Prefecture, at TOHOKU DX GATEWAY 2026, a DX exhibition for local governments to be held on Tuesday, 20 October 2026, at the Sendai International Center Exhibition Building. The exhibition theme is a demonstration of an AI-enabled smartphone municipal office covering services from facility reservations to disaster response. Demonstrations using LINE and administrative management screens are scheduled to be conducted together with Kamata (鎌田) of the Information and DX Strategy Division, General Affairs Department, Mutsu City.
The event will feature approximately 100 booths showcasing DX solutions, mainly from the Tohoku region, as well as keynote speeches and workshops for local-government employees. Examples of AI use in administrative services will also be presented.
