Nagase & Co. will relocate its Tokyo headquarters to a new building in Nihombashi-Kobunacho and consolidate 16 group companies. The new headquarters is scheduled to commence operations on 5 October 2026, following a temporary relocation from TOKYO TORCH Tokiwabashi Tower.
Nagase & Co. will relocate its Tokyo headquarters to a new building at 5-1 Nihombashi-Kobunacho. The relocation will consolidate 16 group companies.
The new headquarters will comprise 14 above-ground floors and 2 basement floors, with a total floor area of approximately 26,337 sq. m. Completion is scheduled for September 2026, with operations scheduled to commence on 5 October 2026.
The former headquarters building was completed in 1969. Nagase & Co. announced plans to rebuild it to address aging-related issues and support new ways of working, and had temporarily relocated to TOKYO TORCH Tokiwabashi Tower in August 2022.
The property from which the company is relocating is TOKYO TORCH Tokiwabashi Tower, and the destination is the Nagase & Co. Tokyo headquarters.
