An online event featuring executives from 4 companies in Tokushima Prefecture, “Regional Work “Hon-ne” Salon #13: Tokushima Edition,” was held, with 127 people registering by the event date. The event was organised to foster ties between people and regions and served as a forum presenting diverse perspectives on life and work in Tokushima and ways of engaging with the region.
The speakers were 4 executives from 株式会社シケン, 石原金属株式会社, 森田緑化株式会社 and 株式会社ナイスリフォーム. The discussion focused on 3 themes: work originating in Tokushima, organisational development, and relationships between people and the region. They spoke frankly about their businesses’ strengths, approaches to recruitment and their first-hand experience of life in the region. Questions about side jobs and employment were also received during the question-and-answer session.
