OUR was the only Japanese company to represent Japan and speak at the international conference held in Korea and co-hosted by 4 organizations, including the OECD, ADB and ILO. Under the theme of building a skills foundation for TVET and labor migration, the session featured a presentation on OUR’s proprietary “OUR Straight Through®” scheme, which provides one-stop education and living support.
The conference also featured an explanation of the integrated services provided through OUR BLOOMING ACADEMY, OUR’s education centers operating in 5 Asian countries. These services combine Japanese-language and Specified Skilled Worker education, recruitment services for Japanese companies, and living support after arrival in Japan. The Uzbekistan Academy, which was newly established in Central Asia this year, was introduced in detail along with the outlook for its future development.
OUR’s education and talent placement records were shared, including more than 12,500 people educated and more than 8,500 people who have received job offers. Participants actively exchanged questions, and expectations were expressed for further collaboration with government agencies.
OUR stated that it will continue using the knowledge and networks it has gained to promote equal access to education and the realization of a multicultural society through free education.
