Daishinsha has signed a partner agreement with Qualtrics LLC to integrate CX measurement with the implementation of improvements. The agreement combines the measurement and analysis of CX data with hands-on CX improvement support from mct to help companies advance their CX initiatives.
In September 2026, Daishinsha Co., Ltd. signed a partner agreement with Qualtrics to measure and analyze CX data using Qualtrics' XM platform and provide hands-on support for implementing CX improvements. The purpose of the agreement is to establish an integrated framework supporting both CX measurement and the implementation of improvements.
The agreement centers on 3 areas: more advanced CX measurement and analysis based on quantitative data; the use of customer insights from qualitative research; and the planning, design and implementation of CX improvements, together with organizational development and talent development based on the use of XM data. Daishinsha Group's mct has strengths in providing hands-on support for CX improvements at the operational level.
Many Japanese companies reportedly face the challenge of being unable to translate CX measurement into actual improvements. Against this backdrop, the 2 companies said they aim to achieve CX management through an approach combining quantitative and qualitative data. They plan to strengthen an end-to-end support framework covering the process from CX measurement through implementation of improvements.
