As part of the Japan Fair Trade Commission's publicity campaign, DLE will produce an anime and dedicated website explaining the Freelance Act, featuring the Secret Society Eagle Talon, and will designate November as an enhanced publicity period.
The Freelance Act, which took effect in 2026, enters its third year, with the enhanced publicity period running from 1 November through 30 November. Radio broadcasts begin on 9 November, while in-store announcements at convenience stores begin on 10 November, strengthening awareness activities.
Under the campaign slogan “言った言わないなくしてこ!フリーランス法” (“Let’s eliminate disputes over who said what! The Freelance Act”), an animation and dedicated website will be produced to make the complex content easier to remember. The animation consists of 4 themes and encourages users to clarify terms when placing orders and confirm deadlines.
The dedicated website will be launched as an external link and will provide awareness information, including an episode in which a character known as Yoshida-kun talks about borrowing money in advance at a recording session.
In addition to producing the animation, audio advertisements will be broadcast to promote everyday knowledge of the law. Plans include displaying the logo during radio programmes and on in-store announcements and checkout displays.
DLE is a company engaged in producing content using animation and intellectual property, and is cited as the original provider of this publicity project.
