Nissin Foods will launch the new WAGYUMAFIA series product ULTRA Raoh Wagyu SEAFOOD FLAVOR on 19 October 2026. It features non-fried, medium-thick straight noodles and a beef-paitan-based soup with the umami of wagyu beef fat and seafood. A separately packaged yuzu paste enhances the flavor.
ULTRA Raoh Wagyu SEAFOOD FLAVOR has been announced as a new item in the WAGYUMAFIA series, with a launch date of 19 October 2026. It is a new product in the brand operated by Nissin Foods Holdings.
The product uses firm, non-fried medium-thick straight noodles. The soup is based on beef paitan, combining the richness of wagyu beef fat, the umami of seafood and the sweetness of onions for a deep flavor. The toppings include cabbage, with a separately packaged spicy yuzu paste adding yuzu aroma and chili heat.
