MI Company, which oversees the media business, has entered into a capital and business alliance with five companies, including Capital Digital, which develops digital media. The alliance is scheduled to be implemented in November 2026.
MI Company announced that, through equity investments by five companies in MI Company, it will bring together media management capabilities and the ability to resolve communication challenges, promoting strategic business collaboration and co-creation. The purpose of the equity investments is to provide readers and client companies with multifaceted, high-value content and solutions.
The participating companies are described as follows: Capital Digital operates multiple digital media brands based in Mexico; Jiji Press provides news distribution and financial information services; News 2 You Holdings is responsible for group strategy and information dissemination; FELISSIMO CORPORATION operates a direct marketing business; and U.S.I. provides human-resource development and educational services supporting business succession at small and medium-sized companies.
The implementation month is November 2026. The companies aim to advance business collaboration and co-creation through the five equity investments and provide higher-value-added content and solutions to readers and client companies.
