As part of its unique AI support programs, the company has established an environment in which all employees have unlimited access to the AI features of Gemini Pro and Gemini Notebook included in Google Workspace, including for personal use. In addition, under the My AI Tool Subsidy Program, employees can choose the AI tools best suited to their needs, with the company providing an annual subsidy of up to ¥20,000.
As a third program, the company introduced the external AI integration platform ナレフルチャット, which incorporates patented technology, as an employee benefit. Its features include seamless integration of multiple AI systems, a patented prompt auto-generation function, internal prompt-sharing capabilities, and high security based on the non-use of external training data.
As its fourth program, the company provides an AI Utilization Simulation Training Program to develop the ability to master AI in business operations, rather than merely “use” it. The program is designed to help employees acquire practical skills, including articulating business requirements, evaluating outputs, and improving instructions.
Looking ahead, the company stated that it regards developing talent capable of making full use of AI, rather than the tools themselves, as a source of competitive strength, and will continue updating its employee benefits programs.
