The Obihiro Development and Construction Department, the Obihiro Construction Management Department, Hokkaido Electric, and J-POWER, the 4 operators managing 5 dams in Shintoku, held a competition for the "Mushroom Project," which uses dam-related facilities to grow shiitake mushrooms on logs, a specialty of Shintoku.
J-POWER won the competition.
