The Office Station Pro cloud software for social insurance and labor consultant firms will introduce a feature in November 2026 that allows generative AI to operate business systems directly through an MCP server. The service will be available to firms currently using the software and will advance the automation of manual tasks.
F&M CO.,LTD. has announced plans to launch an MCP server for its Office Station Pro cloud service for social insurance and labor consultant firms, enabling AI to operate business systems directly. The service is scheduled to launch in November 2026 and will be available to firms using the software.
MCP is a common standard connecting generative AI with external systems, allowing AI to directly perform operations such as retrieving, registering and updating data. Several major AI providers have announced support for the standard, which is being adopted by SaaS providers in Japan and overseas.
The Office Station Pro MCP Server will provide three functions in stages: search, reading and execution. AI is expected to automate tasks such as extracting applicable individuals, directly referencing data and preparing notification data, while final confirmation before submission will be performed by a person.
In practice, AI will handle preparing applications and submitting them on behalf of clients for Type 1 services, and preparing ledgers and checking for inconsistencies for Type 2 services. Usage restrictions based on access permissions and operation logs will be implemented for safety, with consideration given to the highly sensitive nature of the data.
According to a comment from the general manager, as AI use advances from the “trial” stage to the “use” stage, the company aims to improve productivity by introducing an MCP server that eliminates the final manual steps.
