The changes include the appointment of a new Executive Vice President, a revamp of the executive officer structure and a change in the Representative Director and President Executive Officer of an affiliated company.
CMIC Holdings announced that it will implement group personnel changes effective 1 October 2026, including the appointment of Amano Susumu (天野 進) as Executive Vice President and a review of the allocation of responsibilities among Senior Executive Officers. Matsubara Hisao (松原 久雄) will change from his current position to Senior Executive Officer in charge of the Healthcare Solutions Unit and Corporate Unit.
As part of personnel changes at an affiliated company, Ito Naoaki (伊藤 尚昭) will be appointed Representative Director, President and Executive Officer of CMIC Solutions Co., Ltd. Meanwhile, Kasai Megumi (葛西 恵) is scheduled to retire as Representative Director effective 30 September 2026. This will establish a new executive officer structure across the group.
