As of September 2026, 74 AWS Ambassadors from Japan had been certified and announced, and current members were reintroduced. Engineers at Japanese partner companies contribute to the adoption of AWS by sharing technical information and speaking at events.
AWS Ambassadors are engineers at AWS partner companies who publicly share information about AWS through technical articles and event presentations. In Japan, that year's Ambassadors are announced each year around the time of AWS Summit Japan, and the 2026 announcement was published on the blog.
The feature introduces current Ambassadors from multiple partner companies, including Accenture, 株式会社アシスト, 伊藤忠テクノソリューションズ, 株式会社インサイトテクノロジー, SCSK, NRIネットコム, NHN テコラス, NTTデータ, NTTテクノクロス, エムオーテックス, ギークフィード, キャップジェミニ, キンドリルジャパン and クラスメソッド. Each person's name, department, preferred AWS services, links to their published information and profile are listed, along with their activities in specialist areas such as generative AI, cloud architecture and multi-account operations.
Rather than presenting the information as a list ordered by the Japanese syllabary, the feature introduces each Ambassador individually, showing the topics on which they share information and the contributions they aim to make.
