The security-enhanced option service combining the cloud PBX "INNOVERA 2.0" with WatchGuard Firebox (UTM) has been launched. A dedicated configuration is used at implementation, with operations supported by WatchGuard Cloud.
According to the announcement, a security-enhanced option service combining the cloud PBX "INNOVERA 2.0" with "WatchGuard Firebox (UTM)," provided by global leader WatchGuard Technologies, will be launched. The dedicated configuration file was jointly evaluated and developed by 3 companies, プロディライト, ウォッチガード and チアワークス, and will be provided in an optimized configuration at implementation.
The service is characterized by stronger perimeter defenses at the network edge, stable voice quality through a dedicated configuration tailored to INNOVERA's communications specifications, a one-stop offering integrating the cloud PBX, UTM equipment, licenses and operational support, and an expanded value proposition capable of supporting future product enhancements. Operations will use WatchGuard Cloud.
For implementation, consultations will be accepted through the official INNOVERA inquiry form, with an example provided of specifying a preference for WatchGuard Firebox. Against the backdrop of both the convenience and security risks of cloud PBX systems, the initiative positions enhanced security as one of the 1 most important issues.
The Japanese subsidiary of WatchGuard Technologies, チアワークス and プロディライト will collaborate to provide the service and operational support. プロディライト provides INNOVERA and emphasizes “Japan Quality” for the domestic market.
