Office Busters reconfigured office space throughout the 140-tsubo building for 中山商事’s relocation. Work, meeting and interaction areas were assigned by floor, creating a layout that allows the building to be operated as an integrated whole.
Office Busters built out an office using the entire 140-tsubo building in connection with 中山商事’s relocation. It adopted a design policy that treats the building as an integrated space and arranges work, meeting and interaction areas in a coordinated manner.
Under the new design, the entire building is used as a single space. Each floor maintains continuity rather than being divided strictly by use, while partitions are provided as needed.
