Nippon Avionics rebounded after three sessions and raised its full-year earnings forecast. It expects current fiscal-year sales of ¥35.0 billion and net profit of ¥4.9 billion.
Nippon Avionics revised its full-year sales forecast upward by ¥3.0 billion from its previous outlook to ¥35.0 billion, and its net profit forecast upward by ¥700 million to ¥4.9 billion, alongside its earnings announcement at the end of last week. The revision was prompted by high order intake from April to September.
The company's share price rebounded after three sessions, apparently reflecting a strengthening business environment against the backdrop of high defense spending. For the six months ended September, sales were ¥17.948 billion and net profit was ¥2.548 billion, representing year-on-year increases of 41.3% and 96.0%, respectively.
