The company highlighted that it had established a company-wide framework for adoption in the real estate industry, where analogue processes such as paper-based work and faxing remain common.
According to a Teikoku Databank survey, the generative AI adoption rate across the real estate industry stands at 34.9%, leaving the company's level above the industry average.
The factors cited as driving rapid adoption included the establishment of a smooth implementation environment built on Google Workspace and the continued delivery of employee-level seminars led by the Digitalisation Promotion Department, which reportedly led to practical use.
Going forward, the company plans to raise its internal generative AI adoption rate to 90% and strengthen advanced training by business function and the development of an environment to improve digital literacy. In terms of company profile, net sales for the fiscal year ended March 2026 were approximately ¥393.9 billion, and the company had 2,897 employees.
