Tokyo-based リソル不動産 has announced plans to open “スイートヴィラ Calmwoods元箱根,” a new whole-house rental accommodation in Hakone, as part of its efforts to expand the “リソルステイ” vacation-home sharing business. The property is located in the forest of the Oshiba villa development and accommodates up to 8 guests.
The property is being developed as part of the vacation-home sharing business promoted by リソルグループ. It features a living room with a vaulted ceiling, an open kitchen and 3 bedrooms, including a Japanese-style room. Outdoors, it has a garden, terrace and covered wooden deck, while a wood-burning stove is available during the winter.
The property is within a 7-minute drive of Hakone Shrine and a 20-minute drive of Owakudani. Nearby attractions include the Hakone Venetian Glass Museum and the Hakone Open-Air Museum. It is approximately 2 hours by car from Tokyo and approximately 35 minutes by car from JR Odawara Station.
