日本PCサービス and Fujitsu Client Computing Limited will expand the service area for FMV on-site support nationwide. The expansion will begin on 21 August 2026, strengthening collaboration not only on resolving issues on site but also on usage assistance and upgrade recommendations.
日本PCサービス and Fujitsu Client Computing Limited will expand their partnership and extend the coverage of FMV on-site support nationwide. The new structure is scheduled to begin on 21 August 2026, following a pilot of on-site support that led to the decision to proceed with the full rollout.
The expanded partnership will strengthen an integrated support structure covering the entire digital lifecycle, including not only on-site troubleshooting but also assistance to FMV users in making better use of their devices, recommendations to upgrade and proposals for FMV Premium Service.
Until now, 日本PCサービス and FCCL have provided bring-in service through Digital Hospital (デジホ) stores. Under the expanded arrangement, on-site support will be rolled out nationwide.
FCCL's customer satisfaction was assessed as reaching a high level following the pilot, and the results have been published based on customer surveys. The group also operates on a nationwide network of 380 on-site and bring-in support locations, backed by a 24-hour call center.
