Deloitte Tohmatsu LLC, part of the Deloitte Tohmatsu Group, acquired all shares in エイ・シームジャパン effective 1 October 2026 and, effective the same date, merged エイ・シームジャパン by absorption, with デロイト トーマツ ウェブサービス株式会社 as the surviving company.
The initiative aims to enhance the ability to provide On-site Engineering, a structure that supports customers' IT departments consistently from planning, development, implementation, maintenance and operations through continuous improvement.
エイ・シームジャパン has strengths in integrated management and security software, as well as the design, development and maintenance of IT infrastructure. DWS uses cloud technologies such as serverless, containers and DevOps to help customers accelerate their businesses while maintaining security.
Going forward, DWS and エイ・シームジャパン will combine their strengths to improve execution capabilities and responsiveness to change on the ground for customers' IT departments. Deloitte Tohmatsu Group personnel and specialist teams will continue providing support in coordination with offices in Japan and overseas.
