Daiwa House Industry announced the start of construction of a DPL warehouse at Niigata Higashi Port. The site covers approximately 14,949.85 m², while total floor space will be approximately 16,939.92 m². The facility will have 2 above-ground floors and a steel-frame structure combining steel and reinforced concrete. It is designed to accommodate up to 2 tenants, with space of at least 8,393.74 m² available per unit.
To improve cargo-handling efficiency, the facility will be equipped with a freight elevator and vertical conveyor. For environmental performance, it will also have a solar power generation system, with the company targeting Enat iveS's highest, 6-star rating and Nearly ZEB certification.
