Athlete Japan is launching a full-scale monthly subscription platform connecting Japanese-language education for young people in Asia with employment support at Japanese companies. Aimed at SMEs and growth companies, the platform offers an advertising subscription bundled with the use of top athletes' likenesses, along with education partnerships.
Athlete Japan, a subsidiary of サステナブルホールディングス, has announced the full-scale rollout of its “global talent recruitment × education support model,” centered on an advertising subscription business for SMEs that allows them to use top athletes' likenesses for a fixed monthly fee starting at ¥300,000, while connecting Japanese-language education for young people in Asia with employment support at Japanese companies.
The model targets companies facing severe labor shortages or difficulties recruiting young employees. A key feature is that companies can use athletes' likenesses in their own job-posting media and recruitment materials. Part of the service fees goes directly to supporting the operation of MIRAI Japanese Language School in Southeast Asia.
As an education platform, MIRAI Japanese Language School provides young people in Southeast Asia with Japanese-language education and etiquette training, supporting their employment in Japan. It promotes practical talent development through local education while strengthening companies' recruitment branding.
The initiative emphasizes improving the appeal of recruitment materials through athletes' likenesses, creating an integrated pathway to employment through education support, and achieving ESG/SDG-focused management.
