ANRITSU CORPORATION and Candox Systems have begun providing a chamberless mass-production inspection solution for 60GHz-band radar and sensors. The system maintains correlation with certification tests under Japan’s Radio Act while establishing a framework for calculating differences through testing by the third-party organization TÜV Rheinland Japan.
ANRITSU CORPORATION has begun providing a chamberless mass-production inspection solution for 60GHz-band radar and sensor products through collaboration with Candox Systems. A key feature is support for establishing a mass-production inspection environment without using the large anechoic chambers previously required.
For validation, measurements were conducted at a laboratory operated by the third-party certification body TÜV Rheinland Japan, and the correlation between the two sets of measurement results was confirmed. The aim is to ensure correlation with certification tests under Japan’s Radio Act.
The companies are expected to expand the solution’s scope of application and continue verifying its conformity.
These initiatives are intended to improve operational efficiency at mass-production sites through chamberless inspection while ensuring consistency with certification requirements.
