Infomart Corporation and Otsuka Corporation have strengthened their collaboration framework to promote digital transformation in the manufacturing and wholesale industries. TANOMU and other services will be added to the services covered by Tayoreru, strengthening data integration.
Infomart Corporation, which aims to improve the efficiency of digital operations, announced that it would expand its collaboration framework with its sales partner, Otsuka Corporation. In addition to their existing initiatives, the companies aim to accelerate the digitalization of order placement, order receipt and invoicing operations.
Against the backdrop of worsening labor shortages and logistics challenges at manufacturing and wholesale companies, the two companies are expanding their range of services and strengthening data integration to eliminate analog processes such as placing and receiving orders by fax or telephone and manually transcribing data.
TANOMU, BP Storage and V-Manage will be newly added to Otsuka Corporation’s Tayoreru support service, creating a framework for providing one-stop support for initial setup, operations and troubleshooting. The addition of AI-OCR for purchase orders (invox) is also planned for the future, enabling end-to-end digitalization of order placement, order receipt and invoicing.
The two companies stated that they will continue working together to help achieve digital transformation, improve productivity and reduce costs.
