TKP will begin operating TKP Kannai Arai Hall in Yokohama's Kannai district on 1 October 2026. Located 3 minutes from Kannai Station, the hall offers a range of uses centered on a 423 m² space.
TKP announced that it will take on the operation of TKP Kannai Arai Hall, located on the 11th floor of the Kannai Arai Building in Onoecho, Naka-ku, Yokohama, Kanagawa. Operations will begin on 1 October 2026, marking TKP's first operating contract in the Kannai area.
The facility is a 3-minute walk from JR Kannai Station and is located close to BASEGATE Yokohama Kannai. In addition to a 423 m² hall, it has a 46 m² special conference room and a 17 m² waiting room. It can accommodate a range of uses, including lectures, corporate training, general meetings, examination venues, seminars and exhibitions, and is said to feature highly flexible layouts.
TKP has been expanding its own-brand meeting rooms and event spaces while also taking on the operation of external facilities. Through the operating contract for this facility, it intends to strengthen its business base in the Kannai area. TKP said it will continue supporting the diverse business activities of companies and organisations through the operation of high-quality, convenient flexible offices.
