サムポローニア was selected as a collaborative partner for Okayama City's GovTech Challenge OKAYAMA 2026 and will conduct a demonstration of its heir-investigation process for vacant-home measures using the AI inheritance-heir identification system "Mitsuro-kun." The company plans to verify improvements in operational efficiency, including the automatic creation of inheritance relationship charts.
サムポローニア announced that it had been selected as a collaborative partner for GovTech Challenge OKAYAMA 2026, a public-private initiative conducted by Okayama City to address local issues. In collaboration with the Vacant Home Measures Promotion Office of Okayama City's Building Guidance Division, the company will conduct a demonstration using the heir identification system "Mitsuro-kun," verifying whether it can reduce the burden of heir investigations associated with vacant-home measures and improve operational efficiency.
The demonstration will assess the consistency between inheritance relationship charts created by AI Inheritance Mitsuro-kun and those prepared by city employees, as well as changes in the time required to create the charts, to verify its effectiveness in day-to-day operations. The scope and operating conditions will be determined in consultation with the city, taking into account the protection of personal information and information security, with the aim of incorporating the system into practical workflows.
ミトラ相続支援株式会社, which provides inheritance-related services, will also collaborate on the project and is expected to examine the use of its services in サムポローニア's demonstration and provide operational support. Its stated features include supporting the automatic creation of inheritance relationship charts and the determination of statutory heirs through the reading and analysis of family register records using AI-OCR.
Looking ahead, the parties will continue consultations and verification with Okayama City, compile the demonstration results by around February 2027, and hold a presentation in March 2027 to share the results.
