株式会社Next Mission and 株式会社アクセスネクステージ will jointly hold a career event to create opportunities for young Self-Defense Forces personnel in their 20s who are scheduled to leave the service in March 2027 to meet private-sector companies. The event targets young personnel who are scheduled to retire or leave the service mid-career, and aims to connect them with companies seeking white-collar talent, including employees for generalist and specialist positions.
The event will limit the number of participating companies to 6 and use a small-group matching format combining company introductions with booth meetings of approximately 25 minutes each. It will provide an opportunity for participants and companies to engage in candid discussions about their experience, strengths and future potential.
