Following the opening, the prime minister proposed elevating cooperation into a high-quality growth partnership with strategic autonomy, citing stronger cooperation in advanced technology fields including AI, semiconductors, smart cities, sustainable agriculture and R&D. He also identified as priority areas expanding tourism networks and increasing direct flights, promoting intergenerational exchanges, green infrastructure, urban flood control, waste management and renewable energy development.
