The service aims to ease congestion on the school buses serving Tokyo University of Technology’s Hachioji Campus and Nippon Engineering College Hachioji.

The service covers the school buses serving Tokyo University of Technology’s Hachioji Campus and Nippon Engineering College Hachioji, with the aim of easing congestion.
