Mitsubishi Estate will hold an open house for logistics companies, shippers and other prospective tenants at LOGI CROSS Osaka Taisho II, a multi-tenant temperature-controlled logistics facility in Tsurumachi, Taisho Ward, Osaka. The event will be held on 20 October, with 2 sessions at 13:00 and 15:00, and on 21 October, with 3 sessions at 11:00, 13:00 and 15:00, allowing visitors to tour the facility.
The facility has an approximate total floor area of 45,438.70 m2 and is a four-story, box-shaped steel-frame structure on a site of approximately 21,659.76 m2. All sections use a variable-temperature system, with settings ranging from -21°C to +5°C, while certain upgraded sections can be set from -27°C to +5°C.
The facility is located within approximately 10 km of central Osaka in the waterfront area, offering convenient distribution access and connectivity from multiple stations. It is also presented as a location where securing employees is relatively easy.
