アルファコート株式会社 will become the first company in Hokkaido to adopt the real estate management cloud platform “@property”, with operations scheduled to begin in June 2026. Triggered by the formation of a private fund, the company is moving to company-wide portfolio management and plans to use accumulated data as the starting point for management decisions.
アルファコート, the first company headquartered in Hokkaido to adopt @property, has announced plans to consolidate management of its properties at the company-wide portfolio level. Operations are scheduled to begin in June 2026.
As the business expanded, the need to track figures across the company grew. The formation of a private fund accelerated efforts to ensure that data could be explained from the perspectives of investor presentations and fundraising.
Following implementation, property-level data on contracts, construction and income and expenses will be centrally managed, creating an environment in which the progress of move-outs, move-ins and vacancies can be viewed in real time. The company aims to establish a basis for management decisions by creating starting points for discussions based on figures from the front line.
Going forward, the company plans to expand the scope of data use to include portfolio views by area and use, rent strategy, development of operational expertise and information dissemination for recruitment.
