“Lexia Suizenji Park,” a new condominium development located near Suizenji Park in Chuo Ward, Kumamoto City, will comprise 13 floors above ground and 45 residences. Seven layouts ranging from 1LDK to 4LDK will be available, with private floor areas ranging from 43.74 to 88.53 square meters.
All units face southeast, and a design incorporating views of Suizenji Jojuen Garden is being considered for some residences. A flat design with minimized level differences and the use of Low-E double glazing are also planned, reflecting an emphasis on comfort.
The sales gallery opened on September 19, and move-ins are expected to begin in late November 2027. A survey by 住宅リサーチ九州 reports that this is the first property in Kumamoto City in the past 10 years to combine views of the park with a one-minute walk to a tram stop. ZEH-M Oriented certification and a Grade 3 deterioration countermeasures rating are also planned.
