Goodpatch will support Muture in holding the EPIC2026 Chicago On-Site Participation Report. The event will introduce practical examples of customer understanding and generative AI adoption at Marui Group.
Goodpatch has announced that it will cooperate with Muture on the "EPIC2026 Chicago On-Site Participation Report," an event introducing practical approaches to customer understanding using generative AI. The event will be held at Marui Group headquarters on Friday, 20 November 2026, and is scheduled to share discussions from EPIC2026 in Chicago in the context of Japanese companies' business practices.
The event will introduce efforts to apply issues raised at EPIC2026, held in Chicago, USA, from 26 to 28 October 2026, to the practical work of Japanese companies, including how to handle context when using generative AI and how to incorporate it into on-site decision-making. A practical example of generative AI adoption involving Marui Group's EPOS Card is also expected to be shared.
The seminar will be held in person, with participation expected from representatives and managers at companies working on customer understanding and AI adoption in areas including product development, new businesses, design and DX promotion. The seminar is titled "EPIC2026 Chicago On-Site Participation Report" and is scheduled to include an opening session and discussion of lessons from the event starting at 18:00, presentations of corporate case studies, a question-and-answer session and networking time.
