Norinchukin Bank introduced SVF Cloud and built a form-output platform integrated with ServiceNow. The order management system will support 18 types of forms, with annual output of approximately 50,000 sheets, and is scheduled to go live in November 2026. The funds movement system will support 50 types of forms and is scheduled to launch in April 2027.
WingArc1st announced that Norinchukin Bank had established a form-output platform by introducing SVF Cloud and integrating it with ServiceNow. To meet the stringent form requirements specific to financial institutions, it built an operating framework that enables centralized management of forms using a cloud-based form service.
The order and procurement management system will support 18 types of forms, with annual output expected to reach approximately 50,000 sheets. Go-live is scheduled for November 2026. The funds movement system will cover 50 types of forms, with launch targeted for April 2027.
As part of the implementation background, Norinchukin Bank adopted a policy of separating ServiceNow from the form-output system because it needed to meet requirements such as form stamping and variable-length addresses while advancing digitalization centered on ServiceNow. The implementation has enabled a process in which forms are output with SVF Cloud based on ServiceNow data and stored in Box, producing operational efficiency benefits including the automation of document storage.
Going forward, the Norinchukin Bank Group plans to develop its know-how into an external-facing business and is expected to expand initiatives such as providing implementation support for ServiceNow and Box.
