UUUM has fully launched its IP production business. As its first initiative, it has partnered with 株式会社バカー to provide end-to-end support from raising awareness to licensing expansion. The key developments are the announcement on 16 September and the planned joint booth at Tokyo Game Show 2026.
UUUM announced the full-scale launch of its IP production business, aimed at raising awareness of IP in areas including games, manga and characters and strengthening fan engagement. The company will apply its expertise in influencer and creator management and social media operations to the IP sector, providing end-to-end support from building awareness and converting audiences into fans through to licensing expansion.
As its first project, UUUM has entered into a business partnership with 株式会社バカー, which works on media mixes originating from indie games. The companies plan to jointly produce and exhibit a booth at Tokyo Game Show 2026, which opens on 17 September.
Against the backdrop of market expansion, UUUM has identified challenges faced by IP holders and creators, including raising awareness, developing fan communities and expanding their businesses through licensing and events.
