GMOビューティー, a subsidiary of GMO Media,Inc., began collaborating with Payn on 5 October to automate the billing and collection of cancellation fees through KireiPass Connect byGMO.
GMOビューティー, a subsidiary of GMO Media,Inc., began collaborating with Payn, which automates the billing and collection of cancellation fees. The service is available through KireiPass Connect byGMO, a management support platform for private-pay and aesthetic clinics, and the collaboration covers system integration and sales support.
The integration allows users to issue a Payn account and submit an integration request from the KireiPass Connect byGMO administration screen. Booking information is automatically synchronized between the two systems. This eliminates the need to enter information when billing, automatically stops collection notices once payment is confirmed, and sends an email notification when collection is completed.
For sales support, GMOビューティー will provide Payn implementation guidance to Clinics adopting the service. Existing customers can use Payn with no setup or monthly fees, under a fee structure in which charges are incurred only when payment is successfully collected.
