To mark its 70th anniversary, Nishimatsuya Chain will hold the “First Major Anniversary Sale.” The sale will run from Friday, 25 September to Tuesday, 6 October at stores nationwide. It will feature long-sleeved T-shirts, long-sleeved pajamas and autumn/winter clothing for newborns and maternity wear, as well as SmartAngel private-label baby wipes, childcare products and strollers at prices lower than usual. In Niigata Prefecture, 24 stores, mainly in Niigata City, will participate, including 8 stores in Niigata City. The participating stores cover the prefecture as a whole, making it easier for local residents to shop during the sale.
Examples of featured products and prices include long-sleeved baby and children's T-shirts in sizes 80–130 cm at ¥438, winter pajamas for babies in sizes 80–95 cm and for children in sizes 100–130 cm at ¥988, newborn combination dresses in sizes 50–60 cm at ¥768, SmartAngel baby wipes in packs of 8 containing 80 wipes each at ¥603, and buggies at ¥7,588.
