ZEON CORPORATION announced that consolidated net income for the fiscal year ending March 2027 is expected to reach ¥43 billion, an increase of 19% from the previous fiscal year. This is ¥7 billion above its previous outlook.
The company expects revenue of ¥430 billion and operating income of ¥45.5 billion, and plans to offset soaring raw material prices through price increases. From April onward, it is also pursuing a policy of passing on cost increases not included in market-linked pricing through a surcharge mechanism.
In the six months ended September 2026, consolidated revenue rose 9% year on year to ¥224.8 billion, while net income increased 18% to ¥26.2 billion. Demand for optical films for large-screen televisions and battery materials remained firm.
