電算 revised upward its consolidated earnings forecast for the six months ended September, raising its outlook for revenue, operating profit and net profit. The revision was attributed to the acquisition of new projects, early revenue recognition and cost savings from bringing work in-house.
電算 revised upward its consolidated earnings forecast for the six months ended September, changing its revenue forecast from ¥8.12 billion to ¥8.57 billion, its operating profit forecast from ¥311 million to ¥820 million, and its net profit forecast from ¥222 million to ¥590 million.
The factors included the acquisition of new projects related to legal and regulatory changes in the public sector, including measures concerning child and child-rearing support contributions, as well as the early recognition of some projects originally scheduled to be recorded in the second half. The reduction in outsourcing costs achieved by bringing some operations in-house also contributed.
The report was published by MINKABU PRESS, and the revised figures were announced after trading ended that day.
